Whether Domicile Certificate of the Center Coordinator is compulsory for starting Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) ALC?

Yes. Center Coordinator must be from Haryana and the one must possess domicile certificate of Haryana. You will need to upload scanned copy of the certificate after ONCET faculty approval and will be verified at the time of Center visit by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)’s Regional Managers.

What is Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)’s New Center Registration Process for the calendar year 2023?

IT Literacy program of Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) is run through its Authorized Learning Centers. Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) gives authorizations to the organizations / educational institutes that are interested in achieving this mission of IT Literacy. The approval is given when the applicant successfully goes through the processes defined by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL). This process of granting authorizations to Applicant Organizations is called as New Center Registration Process. The authorization remains valid for one calendar year and needs to be renewed every year, subject to good performance in order to remain a part of the Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) network.

What is Applicant Organization (AO)?

A

Applicant Organization is an entity which applies to Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL), in the prescribed form for being registered as an ALC for running the HS-CIT course and other courses like HCOC, Mastering etc.

What is Authorized Learning Center (ALC)?

A

ALC is an Authorized Learning Center of Haryana Knowledge Corporation Ltd which has configuration as per Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)’s norms and is authorized to conduct Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)’s HS-CIT and other courses after completing approval process.

Do I need to show complete Center Setup (including IT Infrastructure -Computing Resources) at the time of online application?

No, not required at the time of online application. But, after clearing On-CET. At the time of visit complete center setup should be ready with IT infrastructure.

What is Apply Online?

A

By accessing URL www.hkcl.in/register, you can see the center registration home page. On this home page you have to click on Apply Online link. After filling required details you will get activation link through email and activation code through SMS. After activating his login by clicking the activation link received on email and enter the activation code received on mobile, SOLAR login ID and Password will be received through email.

Is PAN card compulsory for finalization of New Centers in 2024?

A

As mentioned in the process documents, PAN Card is mandatory for finalization of New Centers in 2024.
However, AOs could upload any of the (mentioned) valid identity documents in the initial application phase. But in the later phase(s), PAN Card is mandatory.

What is SOLAR login ID?

A

SOLAR login ID is the ID that will be used to get access to Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) website and submitting the required Information (Please use http://solarex.mkcl.org/EF/login/login.jspf )
This ID will get generated when you will Apply Online on www.hkcl.in/register
For getting SOLAR login ID, AO needs to apply online and fill certain mandatory fields.
These details should be kept confidential. Please quote your Application ID in all your future correspondence with us till you get the authorization.
* By virtue of getting Application ID and Password, does not mean that Applicant Organization has got Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)'s authorization.

Minimum Computing Resources required: 1 Server + 5 Clients (Min.)

When does Center Setup (including IT Infrastructure -Computing Resources) criteria need to be fulfilled?

After declaration of OnCeT result, only eligible AOs need to prepare the Center Setup (including IT Infrastructure -Computing Resources) within time period stipulated by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL).

If AO application gets rejected on the basis of inability to submit all necessary documents to Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) within stipulated date, how much amount is refundable?

If AO application gets rejected on the basis of inability to submit all necessary documents mentioned by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL), in that case Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) will not process such application and an amount of Rs.24000/- will be refunded back to the AO.

· If you fill untrue/wrong information, your application may get rejected.

· If mentioned fees is not paid within the stipulated dates.

· If you do not submit documents related to address details within stipulated date to Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL).

· If you do not prepare setup (Infrastructure and Computing Resource) as per norms set by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL).

· If present ALC is near your location and if that ALC is performing ALC then their objection can be considered valid and AO may not get location approval to proceed. The present centers can be seen on www.hkcl.in through Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)’s Authorised Learning Centers

What is the Syllabus for Faculty Certification Examination?

Syllabus of HS-CIT mentioned on the website is the syllabus for faculty certification. S/he should be thorough in Windows 7 and MS Office 365 skills. The examination will be held online and instantly result will be declared after completion of examination.The online exam will be conducted in Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL)'s Office in Panchkula.
