Only Eligible AOs need to upload the following documents on SOLAR within the stipulated dates.

* File format required to upload soft copy of documents: JPEG/PNG/JPG
* Image size should not be more than 200 kb for ID proof, and it should not be more than 500 kb for other documents.

Exhibit 3: PAN Card

If the applicant is of any of the following type, then their respective PAN card details are required.

I. Proprietorship Individual Applicants PAN Card (Center owner’s PAN Card will be required)
II. Partnership Firm’s/Company’s PAN Card
III. Trust Trust’s PAN Card
IV. Society Society’s PAN Card
V. Cooperative Society Cooperative Society PAN Card
VI. Public & Private Ltd. Co. Public & Private Ltd. Co. PAN Card
VII. Education Institute (School/Colleges) Parent Organization’s PAN Card

Exhibit 4: Aadhaar Card Details

  1. Center Owner
  2. Center Coordinator
  3. Learning Facilitator (Faculty)
  4. Counselor

Exhibit 5: Degree/Diploma/Highest Qualification Certificate of Center Coordinator

Exhibit 6: Undertaking from AO

Exhibit 7: For ECS transfer (to make payment from HKCL to center), AO needs to upload the copy of the cancelled cheque of their current or saving account.
