The Process to transfer the amount to HKCL:

  1. HKCL will create a login for every AO in Network Partner Management Framework i.e. SOLAR
  2. HKCL will create an Advance Account (e-Wallet) for every AO which is called ‘SOLAR-Advance-Account.
  3. AO has to transfer the amount in their SOLAR-Advance-Account (e-Wallet).
  4. AO has to transfer the amount in their SOLAR-Advance-Account by NEFT or UPS.
  5. Once the amount has been successfully transferred in SOLAR-Advance-Account (e-Wallet) then AO will be able to utilize the same to make the various payments like Processing fees, Registration fees, Admission Security Deposits, etc.
  6. Transfer/Transaction charges must be borne by AO/ALC (NEFT or UPS)
